Rules!!
These are the rules that i HAVE to stick to:
- No biscuits, cakes, crisps, sweets or chocolate bars.
- No fizzy drinks (except diet coke), energy drinks, sugary hot drinks or soft drinks
- Only drink Herbal tea's and water, if your going to drink alcohol make it vodka and diet coke :)
- Drink 3 litres of water a day
- Take vitamin and mineral tablets every morning!
- Don't smoke more than 10 a day
- Exercise for at least and hour a day
- Eat breakfast everyday
- No food after 6pm
- Record everything you eat Daily
