Rules!!

These are the rules that i HAVE to stick to:
  1. No biscuits, cakes, crisps, sweets or chocolate bars.
  2. No fizzy drinks (except diet coke), energy drinks, sugary hot drinks or soft drinks
  3. Only drink Herbal tea's and water, if your going to drink alcohol make it vodka and diet coke :)
  4. Drink 3 litres of water a day
  5. Take vitamin and mineral tablets every morning!
  6. Don't smoke more than 10 a day
  7. Exercise for at least and hour a day
  8. Eat breakfast everyday
  9. No food after 6pm
  10. Record everything you eat Daily
