Day One!

Food and drink:
  • Lots of green tea, peppermint tea and water
  • Special K mini breaks- 100kcals
  • M&S Peach water- 10Kcal
  • Pork chop (Approx 205kcal), with carrots, mushrooms and potatoes.
Total: Estimate around 500 kcals
